- Rhonda joined Aldridge, Borden & Company immediately after graduating magna cum laude from Auburn University at Montgomery in Business Administration in June 1987, and became a partner in September 1996
- A CPA and an Accredited Estate Planner, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Estate Planners (NAEP), and Montgomery Estate Planning Council
- Rhonda grew up in Prattville, Alabama, where she currently lives with husband Shawn and has two sons
- She serves on the Accounting Advisory Board of Auburn Montgomery and is an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Prattville. She is a past advisory board member of the Autauga County Community Foundation, past treasurer of the United Way and past board member and treasurer of the Central Alabama Community Foundation
- She enjoys reading, scrapbooking and watersports
